Our Services

  • Program-specific analysis and research to inform the client on how to build or modify a specific program. The research is targeted towards understanding the client’s operational constraints, similar programs’ best practices, and potential barriers in execution. The LACI team will provide recommendations to improve the selected program and implementation strategies to carry out said suggestions.

  • Critical evaluation of a client’s operations, workflow, organization structure, and other internal matters. The LACI team will provide tailored strategies to streamline operations and increase efficiency in order to better equip the client to achieve their mission. These projects require high levels of communication and openness with the team in order to ensure a successful deliverable.

  • Tailored go-to-market strategy for a client seeking to enter a social impact area or niche space that aligns with their overall mission. The LACI team will perform detailed industry/social impact area research to inform an entry strategy for the client. Recommendations will highlight the opportunities, potential barriers, constraints, and/or general timeline.

  • Regional and/or operational growth strategies for an existing program to improve the reach and impact of a client’s operations. The LACI team will investigate the target growth areas, research similar programs’ expansion practices, and provide program-specific advice. The recommendations will take into account the organization’s capacity to expand, operational constraints, and expansion timeline.

  • Analysis of a client’s program-specific or overall finances, with a focus on donors, grants, and cost efficiency. Connected projects involve donor database analysis, retention strategies, and financial campaign planning. After data-driven analysis in the early stages of the project, the LACI team will focus on recommendations to improve the client’s financial sustainability.

  • Critical evaluation of the feasibility of a suggested program, strategy, or change in the client’s model. The research focuses heavily on operational assessments, financial feasibility, and other organizational constraints that could impact the proposed change. The LACI team will present higher level recommendations regarding the overall decision as well as a corresponding implementation plan.

  • Assistance in the planning and execution of a marketing strategy, with a focus on social media presence. As a consulting engagement, the project does not focus on content creation but rather on strategy recommendations and analysis regarding elements such as target audience research, outreach tactics, and metric tracking. The LACI team will provide tailored marketing recommendations for the client to better engage their audience and broaden their social impact.

  • Data-driven analysis of a client’s operations and services with the hopes of garnering takeaways and identifying additional metrics to collect. This project type is often conjoined with another on this list, especially Program Development and Marketing Strategy projects. The LACI team will help the client better understand the impact of their operations through data collection, as well as advising on how to alter services following these takeaways.

  • Assistance with finding and developing partnerships and sponsorships that allow the client to broaden their social impact. Partnerships are often considered with regards to Program Development or Expansion & Growth Strategy projects as a means of providing operational support. Sponsorships are often considered in conjunction with Financial Sustainability projects when the team deems this path as integral to the proposed strategy. The LACI team will help in identifying and starting these relationships, as well as providing recommendations on how to utilize these connections in the future.

LINENS

Let yourself be embraced by luxurious 500-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy down duvets. In each closet, you’ll find lambswool angora blankets and two or more bespoke chambray robes. Each towel, no matter the size, is 600-gram cotton terry for extra absorbency and softness. All our linens are made by UK bedding artisans Stella & Co.

TOILETRIES

It's no secret that some hotel shampoos and soaps make you dry and itchy. We approached independent soap makers Fine Cloud to craft lavender, rose, shea butter, and coconut oil-based toiletries that leave your hair and skin soft, smooth, and smelling great. We also have fragrance-free, avocado butter varieties for those with allergies.

Fine Dining On-Site

Our hotel is inspired by the global mid-century modern design movement, and in turn, our on-site restaurant and café, Continental, is influenced by cuisines around the world. Famous for her fusion dishes, head chef Layla Wu creates seasonal menus that still have a little bit of English flair. That’s right, you can still get your fish and chips, but don’t be surprised to taste a little tarragon.

In-Hotel Bar

The mixologists at our bar, Refill, create innovative and delicious cocktails with a chemist’s precision. Beers crafted by London’s best breweries are on tap and rotated monthly to keep our selections interesting. We also have a small stage where musicians and entertainers of all kinds perform for the sensory delight of our guests.
