LACI has served over 250 clients since 2004

Over the course of ten weeks, LACI teams of 5-6 members work with clients to determine a key scoping question that leads the primary and secondary research conducted. Based on the scope, each team establishes data-driven recommendations, key performance indicators, and performance implementation tools. Read more below.

After School All Stars

Spring 2026

Key Question:

How can After-School All-Stars identify and expand into high-need communities across the Southeast U.S. to increase access to quality youth programming?

Our Role:

LACI assessed regional opportunity markets, evaluated policy and community landscapes, and mapped strategic partnership pathways to deliver data-driven recommendations supporting ASAS’s geographic expansion and long-term operational growth in high-need communities.

The Writer’s Guild Foundation

Spring 2026

Key Question:

How can the Writers Guild Foundation create a scalable and sustainable screenwriting education model for aspiring writers?

Our Role:

LACI supported the Writers Guild Foundation through in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and stakeholder analysis to develop strategic recommendations for workshop structure, pricing, target audience positioning, and experiential programming to guide the development of the WGF Academy Series.

HomeAid Orange County and Los Angeles

Fall 2024

Key Question:

How can HomeAid Orange County reignite their housing development operations in Los Angeles?

Our Role:

LACI helped HomeAid by conducting in-depth organizational analysis, policy and landscape research, and stakeholder interviews to develop actionable recommendations around geographic prioritization, donor and sponsor segmentation, and potential nonprofit partnerships to guide HomeAid’s regional entry and growth.
